Sealcoating

Regular maintenance and sealcoating of your driveway can almost double the life of your driveway or parking lot. Seal coating prevents water from entering the asphalt which may cause the surface to crack and potholes to start forming. Sealing your driveway or parking lot not only saves you money, it also protects your investment and makes your home or business much more attractive to anybody driving by.

Sealcoating Process

Clean the Surface – Remove all dirt, debris, and oil spots to ensure proper adhesion.

Repair Cracks & Damage – Fill cracks and patch potholes before sealing.

Prepare the Area – Block off the area to prevent traffic and ensure a controlled work zone.

Apply Sealcoat – Evenly apply a coat (or two) of sealant using spray or squeegee methods.

Dry & Cure – Allow the sealcoat to dry and cure fully before reopening to traffic.
